Logistic Specialist (Chuyên viên Logistic)

Plan Shipping:

Receive and verify shipping request from buyers.
Optimize shipment loading to minimize expenses.
Coordinate logistics operations between all involved parties.
Send bookings to forwarders.
Send requests of shipment to client.

Monitor shipping operations:

Maintain an updated booking chart.
Answer forwarders’ inquiries.
Ask Suppliers to provide updates about containers releases.
Report arising problems to the manager.
Communicate with suppliers and remind them about shipping documents.
Provide buyers with information about booking status.

Manage bills and Packing Lists:

Create packing lists.
Manage the bills on the ERP System SAP
Receive and verify shipping documents on system.
Collaborate with finance department and ask for expenses payments.

Technical skills:

Comfortable in analyzing and detecting anomalies related to transport operations.
Familiarity with customs numbers of widely consumed products.
Comfortable in analyzing shipping documents: Bill of lading, Certificate of origin, consignment note CMR …
Knowledge of incoterms.
Excellent time- management skills.
Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems.
Familiarity with international transport regulations of merchandise.
Ability to optimize.
MUST to have English verbal communication skills. (Interview by English)
Good to have French communications skills.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Solid knowledge of logistics procedures.
