Logistics - Equipment Control Staff in HoChiMinh Office

Evergreen Line operate a modern fleet of container ships with a combined capacity of more than 1.5 million TEU and maintain services across a broad array of trade lanes around the world.
As the agent for Evergreen Line at VietNam, we are now seeking 1 responsible, hardworking, detail- oriented Container Equipment Control member to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh Office with main job functions as:
+ Sending the import docs for vendors to arrange containers to ICD&039;s: Providing discharge list for each vessel and send order, BL to vendors & to arrange containers to ICD for customers.
+ Process invoices of domestic transport/ feeder costs (Laden/Empty Containers)
+ Create and send Dispatch order via system for the above said routing / transportation (Laden/Empty Containers) : we have regular and special arrangement daily.
+ In charge of Intermodal and Transshipment system : we will teach you how to use it.
+ Set up tariff for transportation (inland trucking, domestic barge service, common feeder) : Setting up rate into system for further arrangement.
Candidate should be good at English, has the knowlege on container shipping industry. Friendly- professional attitude and teamwork is essential to success in this role.
