. Delivery Order; shipment cost, report, stock flow & availability, …
Arrange delivery- Sea Container & Tankers
· Upload sales orders into Delivery Schedule, estimate/ plan loading date & send to Production for stock.arrangement; then finalize loading date after receiving stock confirmation.
· Booking appropriate ETD to meet requested ETA.
· Follow up to get back signed DO for POD & sales invoicing
· Ensure vehicles pre- registered for smooth entry; follow up till vehicle out.
· Follow up & update to Sales team sailing/ delivery progress & issue during delivery.
· Follow up & settle issue during loading if any.
Co- handle HCM1 warehouse
· Issue DO for daily delivery
. Update Sales about DO status.
· Monitor delivery issues, abnormal transaction, …
Create shipment cost in SAP
· Confirm to Transporter for invoicing.
· Check/ verify Delivery Summary (list of DO delivery & price).
· Create shipment & shipment cost in SAP
Issue DO for all external warehouses & exmill delivery term
Others
· Check transport claim & submit to Fin for payment process.
Payment
· Other adhoc tasks as per assigned & requested by customer.
· Make Payment Request & submit to Fin for payment process
· Apply for creating transport route/ zone, vendor, ….

At least one- year experience in Logistics
Basic knowledge about Logistics
Good communication skill, careful & detailed in work
University Degree
Enthusiastic and hard- working
