YOUR JOBS
Logistics Planning and Coordination:

Collaborate with transportation carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans, including transportation, routing, and scheduling.
Monitor shipment status and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Supplier
Management:

Monitor supplier performance and address any quality or service issues.
Evaluate and select logistics service providers based on performance metrics and cost- effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with suppliers.

Cost
Optimization:

Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Implement cost- saving initiatives, such as optimizing routes or consolidating shipments.

Process
Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve existing logistics processes.
Leverage technology, such as ERP systems, to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Identify and implement industry best practices to optimize the supply chain.

Warehouse Coordination:

Resolve any issues related to inventory or order fulfillment.
Verify and validate product information before shipment.
Work closely with the warehouse team to manage inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate quantities, quality, and timely delivery.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo experience preferable).
