Logistics Executive

Collaborate with the Customer Service (CS) Team to pick up and e- bikes from customers
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
Other tasks- Build report Tracking lead time delivery, tracking cost and mistake of logistic vendor- Suggest and improve the logistics process and Logistics SOP- Contribute and/or lead projects/tasks as assigned by the Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Service Teams
Work closely with Sales team to arrange delivery to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
Identify and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that may arise during delivery or pickup
Participate in regular inventory management meetings to ensure accurate inventory levels and optimize logistics operations
Manage and track e- bike inventory, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Maintain accurate records of delivery and pickup activities, including documentation of any issues or exceptions

Experience in working with ERP, Odoo is a plus.
Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills.
2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics field.
Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast- paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
Hi- tech, consumer goods, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
Bias for action, self- starter approach to challenging.
Highly detail- oriented, strong communication and negotiation abilities.
