JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Logistics Operation
Manage Broker and Warehouse overall and step- by- step performance and work with them for improvement plan and as well as prepare the back- up plan
Work with purchasing team to confirm booking completion and on- time capacity as well as collect the related documents for shipping and customs clearance
Work closely with the broker & warehouse capacity, build a win- win approach to develop a solution for supply chain requirements and issue
Prepare all require information and data for logistics operation to create and process the order include but not limited to: duty & tax, customs documents, broker information and related agreements.
Solving ad- hoc issue during and after order delivery
Update order status and documentation on ERP and other internal system
Work closely with Forwarder/ Customs Clearance/ Trucking/Domestic Warehousing Partner for smooth operation, update other internal departments and external customer
Vendor & Payment Management
Monitor Bond, tax and duties.
Manage the outstanding balance of Logistics Partners, work with FA team for payment scheduling
Process the payment documents.
