Logistics Executive

Coordinating with Forwarders, Internal Dept. and Customs to ensure shipments from Origins to ACFC Warehouse handled smoothly and on time and at the best Logistics cost as approved quotes
Take full responsibility in local transfer and constantly optimize the transport costs and on time delivery, responsible of analyzing all costs and ensures that the annual saving budget is met

Key responsibilities
Import – Export

Check & prepare all necessary customs clearance paperwork for import/export
Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure all incoming shipments to be arrived at expected time and update the conditions of received goods
Cooperate and monitor on Forwarders/Brands in order to ensure the customs clearance of inbound /outbound shipments smoothly and on time.
Provide the landed cost to Finance
System update and data report
Follow up the Inventory level stock at the 3PL’s Hub in combination with Shipping Schedule to confirm the suitable booking to ensure the best freight cost & delivery time and minimize the hub storage cost.
Logistics Pricing and landed cost checking & calculations, make sure all Logistics cost aligned with approved quotes.

Fluent written and verbal English skills
At least 02 experienced year in the required fields

Data report analyst
Fashion industry
Proficiency in office computer skills, especially Excel
