- Work with Customs and other departments of Government to get
- Responsibable making CFR report
- Check and compare data with accounting, warehouse and make final settlement reports of raw materials and finished products of the enterprise to the customs.
- Making and tracking BOM and inventory of materials
- Update legal regulations on import- export activities
import/export license and solve all problem related to import/export and making CO
- Managing teams and organize training sessions
- Always updated relevant guidance and practical case regarding the current audit trend
- Update HS code, check duty free goods and preferential taxes for some organizations such as ATIGA, ACFTA, VJEPA… to calculate import taxes and report to related departments..\
- Making rules to related dept follow up with compliance customs authorities

- Good experience in the fields of Import & Export Forwarding HS code
- Graduated from University in Foreign Trade Import & Export
- Basic computer skill: MS office with specific in Excel Google Outlook mail
- Good at English (listening speaking reading and writing)
- Personal skill: time wisely planning careful active and particular
- Good knowledge about Incoterm Payment term
- Male or Female, 29 over
- Good knowledge about all shipping documents (invoice packaging list bill of lading certificate of Origin Certificate of Quality)
- At least 4 year experience in the EPE company
- Tobe experienced in import tax refund.
- Understand the customs laws, especially for EPE
