Logistics Officer – Export

Provide the documents for the letter of credit to Finance Department
Handle customs declaration and related procedures.
Contact relevant departments/personnel of overseas/domestic branches within the group
Periodically verify bills of expenses in charge
Create export business SAP system orders, and generating commercial invoices, packing lists, as well as creating manual invoices and packing lists.
Provide the order confirmation and certificate of origin to the customer.
Arrange shipment of any means of transportation according to different situations, keep transportation records, and track the whole transportation until the shipment arrives at port of discharge.
Support importing activities when required
Other tasks assigned by Logistics Manager/ Head of Administration
Under Manager’s assignment, contact suitable local carriers and negotiate prices

Experience and Education

Professional MS Office skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, operations, supply chain management, business administration, transportation or similar degree areas
Familiar with SAP
Good English skills in speaking and writing
≥2 years of experience of a similar position in a manufacturing company
