Project involvement: Contributing to and learning from various projects across the organization, from commencement to completion, , providing support and fresh perspectives.
Rotational assignments: Gaining hands- on experience in different departments such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, HR, etc, to understand different organizational functions.
Administrative support: Assisting managers with daily tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
