RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaboration: Liaise with cross- functional teams, including operations, quality control, engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of activities.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing process improvement initiatives, implementing best practices, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules, considering factors such as workload, resource availability, and material availability.
Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, conducting periodic stock audits, and coordinating with the warehouse team.
Material Planning: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components required for production.
Production Monitoring: Monitor and track production progress, identifying bottlenecks or delays, and taking proactive measures to address them.
Compliance: Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to production planning, safety, and quality standards.
Resource Allocation: Optimize the utilization of available resources, including manpower, equipment, and machinery, to meet production targets.
Production Reporting: Prepare reports on production data, including output, cycle times, and efficiency metrics, to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Demand Forecasting: Analyze customer demand patterns and collaborate with the sales team to forecast future demand accurately.

Proficiency in using production planning software and other relevant tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different members.
Good English communications skill. Chinese is a plus.
A detail- oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to make data- driven decisions.
Proven experience as a production planner or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
