Machinery & Pipe Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Design and Support:
- Verify designs and drawings for compliance with standards, specifications, and Class rules.
- Make engineering drawings, design, and perform design analysis.
- Technically conduct and support production as relevant.
Documentation Management:
- Manage drawings, record, provide feedback on, and follow up on all relevant production documentation as assigned.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the internal QA process, material take- offs, and weight attributes.
Standards Compliance:
- Comply with national laws, regulations, and international standards, including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001/OSHA18001, SA8000, or any updated and valid standards on management systems, as well as Company regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Naval, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

Knowledge and experience in machinery and piping systems.
Experience in production support- oriented design (considering the workability of the design).
Experience in shipyards or heavy industries (e.g., power plants, refineries).
Experience in cost- oriented design.

Skills & Competencies

Strong team mindset, teamwork skills, and understanding of standardization activities.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
