- Operation manual development and directly guide and train machine operators to run the machines smoothly.
- Research and offer solutions for troubleshooting and improve the operating life of the machinery and equipment, ensuring working conditions and safety for employees.
- Periodically directly or assign staff to check the quantity and quality of machinery, equipment, tools and materials- record fully and accurately- keep maintenance records- explain to superiors when is required.
- Create a harmonious and friendly working environment in the team- take care of employees&039; aspirations.
- Set up and manage records of all machines and equipment of the factory.
- Training and mentoring old and new employees on operating, maintenance, safety, fire protection, 5S, ISO- HACCP and specific requirements & rules at factory.
- Propose to the superior to reward, discipline employees with fairness. Receive, review and handle mistakes and conflicts of members.
- Participate in developing programs, drafting documents and directly improve professional skills for machine operators and maintenance staff.
- Participate in recruiting and training new employees.
- Perform other tasks when requested by the upper level.
- Deploy plan of monthly / weekly / daily working schedule and assign work to machine operators and maintenance staff.
- Evaluate the work efficiency of each shift on duty, each employee daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.
- Daily assign employees to check the quality of equipment by recording performance parameters, check damaged or broken parts that require repair, then record in maintenance logs as a basis.
- Organize weekly meetings and implement work schedule and work shift to each team.
- Check and make a purchase list of new machine, equipment, tools for machinery maintenance, submit to the superior for approval.
- Directly supervise the machine operation of the operators. Create the maintenance plan and monitor for each machine and equipment.
- Tracking the purchase order of machinery, equipment, tools according to the approved list, ensuring the correct quantity and quality.
- Track, solve and report to higher level with problems may happen during maintenaning time. Manage machine records, maintenance logs.
- Directly involved in fixing equipment problems if necessary.
- Supervise to operate, repair and maintain machinery and equipment, ensure proper technical standards and work as scheduled plan.
- Record the damage information and contact the technical department to handle it promptly so as not to affect the production progress.
- Assign staff to be responsible for maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tools.
- Combined with production department and related departments to fix problems quickly and promptly, ensuring general production time for the whole factory.
