Maintenance Manager

Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Support to improve the quality from process and equipment side to solve quality issue
To hold whole plant equipment maintenance and drive continuous improvement.
Manage the work of department
Responsible for to improve the OEE and down timing via TPM etc.
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Read and interpret drawings, equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Maintenance all facility.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, modifying components and parts, test and make adjustments.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Establish and maintain an adequate level of spare parts.
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.

Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001, 5 manuals, etc...)
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, automation
Good command of spoken/written English
MS Office and data analysis capability.
High degree of personal integrity and confidence, integrity, teamwork, accountability, creatively, operational skills in production and quality matters
“Speak with data” communication and “get hands dirty” leadership
Family with PLC programming, sensors and camera/CCD etc. poka- yoke, Auto- CAD, Mechanism design.
Minimum 4 years of experience in working experience and in new line start up, prefer safety restraints systems
