MAINTENANCE MANAGER

his position will be provided shuttle bus from Vung Tau/ Bien Hoa/ District 2/ Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (40- 50 minutes transportation to our Factory)
We prefer the candidates with
Automation or Electrical
background, experienced with
Manufacturing and Facility Maintenance
specific task with below information:

Inspection and review on production daily PM action for surely and correct Daily PM instruction.
VTL environmental system.
Control and operation machine utility machine process.
Repair our oversea import Machines (can program PLC siemens is required, English Manual).
Overall support on Production process for continuous running with reliability condition.
Analyze and evaluate on machine preventive maintenance performance with to continuous corrective and improvement.
Support production for the overall machine
Support safety program.
Support production operation on maintenance issues.
Record with report on machine historical issues.
Install machine, facilities, and building.
Lead plant energy conservation program.
Prepare and take care about spare parts management for overall machine.

Experience in the Position Maintenance Manager Automotive Industry
Experience with CNC Machines, Robotics, Press machines, Freezer
Knowledge about 2D/3D CAD Systems
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation or Eletrical.
General English reading and writing ability
Computer Skills about MS
Experience with IATF16949 is preferred.
English fluency
Have a skillful operation for office software (office software and ERP and so on)
