Maintenance Reliability Technician

- Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Execution:
Implement and optimize Predictive Maintenance (PdM) activities to enhance equipment reliability in the plant, including:
• Lubrication application (ứng dụng bôi trơn)
• Ultrasonic testing (Đo siêu âm phát hiện rò rỉ khí nén, bôi trơn bạc đạn, van, bẫy hơi...)
• Infrared Thermography (chụp ảnh nhiệt)
• Motor circuit evaluation/analysis (đo phân tích tình trạng động cơ điện)
• Vibration measurement and analysis (đo và phân tích rung động)
- Manage, execution & report for all PdM tools, analysis in the plant (person in charge of Mechanical PdM technology).
- Monitoring & periodic reporting of all online PdM applications in the plant.
- Equipment monitoring report and PdM best practice report.
- PdM (Predictive maintenance) / PM (Preventive maintenance) program optimization.
- Equipment information collecting and update in CMMS for new equipment & update all modified equipment.
- Review predictive maintenance activities, analysis and recommend action plans.
- Work closely with the Maintenance and Operations Departments in performing RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis), asset management improvement and ensure the equipment working in high reliability, report on the equipment status/condition and propose solutions /actions in timely manner.
- Support mechanical maintenance team for mechanical corrective activities when needed.
- Study new PdM technology, function and apply it into practice.
- Monitor data trends, identify abnormalities, provide early detection and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
- Involve in new improvement process.

- Problem diagnostic & solving skills
- At least 02 years of working experience in the relevant industry.
- Proficiency in MS Offices, AutoCAD, having SAP experience/knowledge is an advantage.
- Able to read and understand technical documents in English (equivalent to TOEIC 500 or above).
- Having safety mindset and safety practical experience at the standard of best in class.
- Good knowledge and experience in using PdM tools (Vibration, Infrared, Ultrasound, MCE, etc.).
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
- Experience in repairing mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Being an innovator in what he/she doing.
