JOB DESCRIPTION
You will work closely with the product, marketing teams, and livestream hosts to ensure smooth broadcasts, adequately preparing all necessary products, tools, and content for each session. Key Responsibilities:
Host Support: Assist the host during the livestream by providing products, adjusting lighting and camera angles, and managing unexpected requests from the audience or the host.
Pre- Check and Preparation: Conduct pre- livestream checks to ensure everything is perfectly set up, from products and lighting to equipment.
Audience Interaction: Respond to audience questions in the comments and provide additional product information when necessary.
Script Preparation: Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare scripts and key content for livestreams, including product highlights and promotional details.
Post- Livestream Support: Assist in packing up products and tools while helping analyze the livestream&039;s results, such as sales and audience engagement.
Product and Tool Preparation: Ensure all Dr.Leo skincare and makeup products are fully prepared before each livestream, including organizing them neatly and making them easily accessible throughout the broadcast.
Livestream Logistics Management: Coordinate with technical departments to ensure livestream equipment (cameras, audio, internet connection) operates smoothly, ensuring uninterrupted broadcasts.
Monitoring and Recording: Document and track featured products, promotions, and audience questions throughout the livestream for accurate responses and host support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prepare thoroughly for broadcasts is essential.
Technology Use: Basic experience with livestream equipment, broadcasting software, and social media platforms (TikTok, Tmall, Facebook, etc.).
Attention to Detail: Ensure everything from products to equipment is carefully prepared and managed before and during the livestream.
Relevant Experience: Experience supporting or working as an assistant in retail, livestreaming, or event management is a significant advantage.
Cosmetics Knowledge: Familiarity with Kans skincare and makeup products is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to collaborate with various departments and the livestream host.
Multitasking Skills: Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under high pressure in a fast- paced livestream environment.
