Management Accountant

Management report:

Collect data from various departments and systems to support the report preparation process.
Monthly closing and Finance P&L:
Communicate, collect, and summarize accruals data for reviewing.
Other ad- hoc tasks are assigned as required by the business.
Export data from Sendo’s systems (Portal, Oracle,...) as instructed to gather information for Finance P&L
Support in preparing monthly reports that will be sent to another department.
Support in Implementing, and improving existing templates, working on transferring accounting records (GL) to a full set of Finance P&L

Budgeting:

Collect relevant data as requested to support the decision on budget or spending, allocating.
Other ad- hoc tasks are assigned as business required.
Support in tracking, and reconciling spent budget recorded by the Sendo system.
Assist users from various departments to resolve any issue with the Sendo system.

Planning and analysis:

Other ad- hoc tasks are assigned as required by the business.
Collect, and summarize historical data as the input for planning.
Support in preparing recurring analysis reports.

Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
A problem- solver with attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
1- 2 years experience in Management Accounting/ Accounting/ Finance
Moving between 02 Office: Back- Office (Dist.7) & Warehouse Office (Di An,Binh Duong). We have shuttle bus pick- up you at Dist.7
