Manager – Operational Tech

We are looking for a transformation leader who will provide leadership to the Operational Tech team and drive excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate must have a data- driven mindset for productivity, focus on building automated process and products for efficiency and continuous improvement, and have exceptional stakeholder influencing skill. Background in product management at senior level is highly desired.

Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies (including AI) or systems that support operational objectives;
Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure productivity; provide data- driven insights that can translate into impactful recommendations;
Build strategies and lead the execution that will drive operational excellence;
Own the roadmap, align and utilize cross- functional resources to deliver such initiatives successfully;
Identify operational gaps and propose creative improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency, quality, and enhance internal user experience;
Provide leadership to the team, including employee engagement, retention, mentoring, and career progression;

A people- empowering leader;
3+ years in leadership position, hands- on experience in building and developing team;
Big picture and strategic thinking.
Owned full- cycle product development process, with business- oriented mindset and technical understanding;
Committed, result- oriented, exceptional stakeholder management skill;
7+ years in Fintech, E- commerce, or other Tech start- ups;
AI experience is a big plus;
Background in product management or technology consulting with successful execution record;
