Job Summary
Support the execution of clients&039; business plans and trade marketing strategies for product groups to achieve overall sales targets
General Responsibilities
Maintain an efficient product documentation/filing system to ensure easy access to information
Execute and operate promotion plans to achieve marketing goals
Coordinate and communicate all planned activities to all operational departments and Business Units Liaise with various vendors to coordinate promotional material deliveries
Prepare relevant documents and arrange logistics for new product launches
Support manager in managing day- to- day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
Gather market and customer feedback on the current product range and new product introductions
Prepare reports and analysis for inventory levels
Communicate new developments regarding the clients&039; or competitors&039; products to the sales team
Functional Skills And Knowledge
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Demonstrate strong understanding of clients&039; industry/business/products
Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills
Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross- country/- cultural interactions
Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
At least 2- 3 year working experience in Product Marketing
Proven project management skills
Education
University Degree in Medicine/ Pharmacy or relevant majors
