We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Manager, Property Management
AIM OF THE JOB:
Day to day management, maintenance and operation of commercial properties developed, owned and/or managed by the Company.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Oversee the organization of all placemaking events, functions and programs to foster and maintain good landlord and tenant relationship.
Lead an in-house team of property management and engineering staff to ensure provision of quality management services.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties which fall within the scope of the post and which may be required from time to time or assigned by superior.
Oversee all tenancy administration matters, including but not limited to inter-tenancy works, tenants’ fitting out or reinstatement, arrears management and recovery, enforcement of tenancy obligations etc.
Oversee the performance standards, specifications etc., for placement of all term contracts, check and analyze tenders/quotations, and monitor performance of contractors/service providers to ensure cost effectiveness and quality standards.
Represent the building owner to liaise with all government authorities and external agencies on property management related matters.
Prepare annual service charge, capital expenses, car park income and expenses budgets, and carry out cost control functions to ensure all expenses are kept within approved limits.
Respond swiftly to all property related incident as they arise.
Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance programme to keep all M&E systems in good repair and serviceable conditions and building operates to its targeted level for environmental sustainability.
Ensure property management services meet the standards expected of Grade A commercial buildings in terms of tenants’ service experience and building maintenance standards.
