Manual Test Leader

• Conduct regular stand‑ups, retrospectives, and performance reviews.
• Mentor junior testers and promote skill development (e.g., automation, API testing).
• Lead a small team of QA engineers (2- 5 members), analysts, and automation specialists.

• Identify test types (functional, performance, security, usability, etc.) needed for each release.
• Create detailed test plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
• Define overall test strategy aligned with product goals.

• Participate in creating test scenario / test cases, executing test scenario / test cases, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Prioritize test activities based on risk and impact.
• Ensure proper use of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail …).

• Identify bottlenecks in the testing process and propose improvements.• Drive adoption of practices such as Shift‑Left testing, Test‑Driven Development (TDD), or Behaviour‑Driven Development (BDD).

• Ensure testing meets regulatory requirements when applicable.• Coordinate security testing (penetration testing, threat modeling) with dedicated security teams.

• Establish and enforce QA processes and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISTQB best practices).• Report test metrics, coverage, and quality trends to stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: At least 8 years in software quality assurance; at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of GenAI, has experiences to using GenAI tool to apply in Manual testing
Knowledge of Security Testing, Performance Testing
Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
Strong knowledge and experiences in Functional Testing, for all Testing Type / Testing Level
Certifications (optional but valuable): ISTQB Foundation, ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Certified Agile Tester (CAT), PMP or equivalent project management credentials.
Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments; solid grasp of Waterfall where applicable.
