MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

This position will be provided shuttle bus from Vung Tau/ Bien Hoa/ District 2/ Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (40- 50 minutes transportation to our Factory)

Handing over the product development to launch team in pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summary.
Reviewing product and tooling design with consideration of process and manufacturing; Preparing/ reviewing documents such as process flow chart, BOM, FMEA etc.
Maintaining/updating the MES/ERP information related to the new developed products.
Supporting any R&D activities/projects in technical department.
Participating the APQP planning for new products by evaluating new project information from customers, preparing, and updating new product development time plan within technical department.
Preparing and updating the lesson- learned database through the whole product development process.
Supporting the process development, reviewing process- related documents such as working instructions, ensuring the on- time delivery of samples, and leading to the troubleshooting and problem solving.

Knowledge with Productivity, Efficiency, Bottle neck, line balancing and etc.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or higher
At least 3 years at the same position in manufacturing companies.
Root cause analysis experience with FMEA, 5WHY, 4W1H, 4M and related methods.
IATF 16949 awareness is prefered
Good English communication skills
Good Microsoft Office skills
Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
