Market Research Specialist (Fintech)

Job Responsibilities

Propose strategies and solutions based on research to enhance customer experience and product performance.
Recruit and train a network of mystery shoppers, ensuring they are equipped to assess various customer touchpoints accurately.
Conduct regular market research to gather and analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the fintech industry.
Organize and oversee mystery shopping programs to evaluate customer experiences and the effectiveness of company offerings.
Develop and present detailed reports on findings from mystery shopping activities and market research to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Risk, and Collection, to share research insights and contribute to process improvements.
Maintain and refine the mystery shopping framework to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
At least 3 years of experience in the fintech industry.
Solid English in all 4 skills, especially speaking and writing.
High level of responsibility and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross- functional teams and lead external personnel.
Proven experience in market research and mystery shopping.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Can- do attitude.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
Familiarity with customer journey analysis and UX research.
