The Marketing Communication Specialist plays an important coordinator role with various teams and is a true project leader in his/her country or geographic area. With limited oversight and direction from the Regional Marketing Communication Manager, and in collaboration with General Managers, Sales Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Sales representatives, she/he recommends and implements the annual communications strategy. Main activities are:
Advertising & Marketing communication:
Focuses on increasing product/brand awareness in the market, creating a brand image for targeted customers, and implementing promotional programs including:
Planning & Executing
Make an inventory of the needs of different local target audiences and recommend yearly additions or modifications to the communication plan.
Ensure consistent corporate and brand image across all communication activities, following HM.CLAUSE brand guidelines.
Collaborate with technical and product marketing teams to tailor communication messages for specific crop varieties and market segments.
Propose and implement the annual communication plan in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Communication Manager.
Advertising & Trading Promotion
Maintain media and press relations and manage external advertising placements.
Identify the optimal mix of advertising and promotional channels based on customer segmentation and buyer personas (TV, radio, online, etc.).
Create and/or coordinate the production of advertising and promotional materials (e.g., logos, flyers, billboards, TV commercials, digital ads, etc.).
Coordinate brand promotional merchandise (e.g., mugs, T- shirts, pens, etc.).
Manage in- store promotions and clarify promotional terms with retailers.
Event & PR Management
Represent the brand in public engagements to enhance visibility and market reach.
Develop and maintain relationships with press and media representatives.
Organize and manage events, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and product launches.
Social Media & Website
Maintain and update content for the local website and social media platforms (e.g., fanpages).
Execute localized social media strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor communication practices for insights and improvement.
Effectiveness Tracking
Define KPIs for communication activities and campaigns.
Track and analyze results and ROI of communication efforts.
Use insights to improve future communication strategies and activities.
