Marketing & Communications Manager

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write and distribute all press releases for brand, property events and promotions
- Work with eCommerce to verify the hotel’s website and related websites are updated on a regular basis.
- Do the monthly report of news clippings and other online, print, and social media channels.
- Manage the photo and video shoots, develop shot lists, secure photographer quotes, review images, post on image library.
- Respond to media enquiries when approached for comments and/or report.
- Maximize the brand & hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.
- Develop compelling campaigns including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral to drive consumer awareness
- Set up the development of corporate and property level social pages such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, …
- Manage the photo shooting & execution of brand & hotel events.
- Create marketing plan aligned to brand & property strategy in consultation with Director of Sales & Marketing
- Other tasks assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing.

- Bachelor degree (preferably in Marketing, Media, Communications; etc.)
- Minimum 2 years work experience of similar relevant roles;
- Familiarity with Hotel, Services, event organizers;
- Excellent oral and written English communication;
- Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills are a must
- Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal;
