MARKETING DIRECTOR

Industry: Food and Beverage (F&B)
Work location: District 1, HCMC
Report to CEO
Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement monthly and quarterly action plans to achieve business goals.
Planning to explore the business opportunities of food category in charged with diverse segments to expand the target market.
Positioning/ Re- positioning and strongly developing the food category in charged.
Plan & implement the projects of new product launching.
Develop trade marketing activities to support GT, MT, KA Channels...
Manage consumer prices and gross profit (GP) to achieve the profit goals.
Manage the budget effectively according to the strategic goals.
Plan and implement Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to achieve annual business goals.
Manage the company’s product portfolios as approved.

Requirements:
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, marketing, foreign trade...
Solid knowledge and good experience in Marketing & Brand management in FMCG.
MBA’s preferred.

Experience:
· At least 03 years of experience in the same role at multinational companies in FMCG, Food & Beverage.
