Overview
Responsibilities
Content Marketing (50%)
Write blogs, emails, brochures, website content, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with design/video teams to produce engaging content that aligns with brand identity.
Create and manage content for various channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Event Support (30%)
Audience Engagement: Lead Q&A sessions, interviews, or educational segments, ensuring clarity, interaction, and emotional connection with the audience.
MC/ Host event: host interactive sessions with students, parents, or internal audiences.
Script Preparation: Draft and refine speaking scripts or talking points in collaboration with relevant teams (Academic, Admissions, etc.).
Support Company Events: Assist in planning and executing a variety of company- led events (hybrid, online, offline events)
Feedback & Reporting: Collect attendee feedback and assist with post- event reports and improvement recommendations.
Advertising & Other Support (20%)
Support other tasks as required
Assist with integrated marketing campaigns and cross- functional projects as needed.
Optimizing Ads for Bus) iness Goals: Adjust campaign elements to maximize performance and reach business objectives. This can include budget adjustments, and ad content improvement
Coordinate with the performance marketing team to support ad content creation (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
Duties & Compliance
Ensure maximum knowledge of subjects and course specifications.
Be aware of, and comply with, policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
Ensure that all company assets are protected.
Ensure all communications are Data Protection compliant.
Providing support to other colleagues to ensure that all priorities are met.
Take part in Continual Professional Development
Escalate any safeguarding issues in a timely and confidential manner.
Ensure excellent communications with other internal staff. Share positive news and case studies with the Marketing team.
Carry out any other tasks given to ensure that the high standards are maintained.
Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of online advertising platforms is a bonus.
Strong writing skills with a good sense of storytelling and tone.
Ability to develop productive relationships with other teams around the network
At least 1 year of experience in related position
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Languages, or a related field.
Able to work to tight deadlines and multi- task effectively
