Analyze campaign performance (reach, CTR, conversion) to refine strategy.
Plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and user activation.
Run small A/B tests to identify what performs best.
Support other marketing and community- related projects as needed.
Collaborate with creators and partners to amplify reach through organic loops.

Content

Repurpose long- form content into short- form formats for reach and consistency.
Write and edit content from blog articles and product stories to social posts and newsletters that express the brand’s tone.

Community

Keep FAQs, resources, and updates fresh and on- brand.
Collect community feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Build and nurture our community across Discord, X, and Reddit through events and organic engagement.

We’re looking for a creative, data- minded
Marketing Executive
to help grow our brand and community of creators.
This role is ideal for early- career marketers who love both storytelling and numbers, someone who can execute confidently, learn fast, and grow with the brand. You’ll work across campaigns, content, and community, blending creativity with experimentation to turn ideas into measurable growth.

Location:
District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Helix Mesh, a branch of Nebula Block & Swan)
Compensation:
Up to 18,000,000 VND/ Month (Gross)
Work Location:
In person (all business days)
Working time:
Full- time (9:00am- 6:00pm), Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the job, business requirements, or the needs of the organization/department, you may involve various time shifts to coordinate with Canada Team and be available in EST/DST time zone in case of such necessity.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or community management.
Knowledge of AI, Cloud Computing, or Web3 is a plus, but not required.
Background or qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred)
