MAIN ROLES:
Event Organization:
· Manage administrative and reporting tasks related to campaigns.
· Collaborate closely with E- commerce, Retail, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure marketing consistency across channels.
· Provide support in marketing events, seasonal campaigns, brand activations and private sale.
KOL & Partnership Development:
· Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and brand advocates.
· Ensure alignment between influencer, partner content and brand image.
· Coordinate and implement sponsorship programs in collaboration with partners.
· Negotiate collaboration terms and manage content deliverables.
· Monitor influencer performance and campaign ROI.
Communication:
· Ensure all content reflects brand tone, message, and seasonal priorities.
· Manage customer- facing communication via direct channels (SMS, email, social content, etc.).
Support the development and execution of PR strategies and brand stories aligned with marketing campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
· Collaborate with external and internal teams to plan targeted CRM campaigns (SMS, ZNS, email, etc.) based on customer segmentation and insights.
· Track campaign performance and suggest optimization opportunities.
· Support CRM strategy and execution to drive customer retention and loyalty.
· Ensure all CRM communications are aligned with brand tone and messaging.
Trade Promotion
· Collaborate with the design team to develop creative key visuals.
· Implement monthly promotional programs according to brand guidelines.
Manage the production and printing of POSM materials for stores.
Others: follow other requests and assignments from Line Manager based on business needs

Education/ Training Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fluent communication and presentation skills, both in verbal & writing.
• Fluency in both verbal and written English is preferred
Experience
• Adaptability and problem- solving skills to handle fast- paced, dynamic market conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and ability to stay updated with market trends.
• Proven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns, preferably within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.
• High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork skills, and ability to handle pressure.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, digital marketing, or trade marketing.
• Collaboration and teamwork, able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
