A Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote a company&039;s products or services. This role involves a mix of creative, analytical, and strategic tasks that aim to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. Marketing Executives work closely with other members of the marketing team, as well as with sales, product development, and external agencies, to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
Deploy email blasts in coordination with email marketing plan as directed by Director of Creative & Marketing
Create monthly content for newsletters/Press release
Support to format existing resources to ensure digital content is consistent and effective
Be available at all times to do email blast for individual markets and segments for crisis, disasters updates and typhoon news update.
Maintain the Trails of Indochina blog, including working with key team members to source content articles
Support to maintain Trails of Indochina website
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies that align with business goals.
Using Agile as essential email marketing tool
Create content for destination banners
Proofread materials before publication
Support Marketing Team with content to upload to consortia websites
Create content for our blog
Keep others informed by sharing information
Coordinate with Product Image gallery executive to provide high resolution photos to clients/suppliers/partners
Work with Marketing Supervisor to approve social media messaging, content for infographics on social media (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools.
Coordinate with Marketing team to manage social media channels including scheduling, content creation, reporting and execution of the social media marketing plan.
Assist to create taglines for promotions
Identify and capitalize on trends, hashtags, and opportunities for content creation
Coordinate with Marketing Team to create Creation promotions for email marketing
Produce monthly newsletters and any promotions
Attend regular training courses provided by the company / seminars / trade shows to keep up to date with the travel industry
Assist with marketing materials to upload onto the consortia website, including promotions
