Marketing Executive

Responsible for finding and building partnerships, executing in- store activation activities, and collaborating on marketing content creation (concepting, scripting, and contributing content) for campaigns.
Partnership & Activation (70%)

Coordinate logistics: gifts, POSM, manpower, setup and transportation.
Consolidate and report performance for each partnership, activation program and event.
Plan and execute in- store activations: minigames, booths, photobooth and event for community
Looking for possible partners to create collaborative events with our Community, including planning, executing and tracking performance.
Monitor KPIs, measure effectiveness and propose improvements.
Work closely with internal teams: product, commerce, store, BA and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate partners for Offline stores and Online/App, including planning, executing and tracking performance.

Operations & Admin
(30%)

Handle paperwork including contracts and payments.
Support system operations: gift setup, product push and system notifications.
Arrange and manage team- related materials such as gifts, POSM, manpower, setup and transportation.

Proficient in Excel, Word and Google Workspace; able to use Excel for data processing and reporting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with partners, store teams and internal stakeholders
Willing to support weekend events when required
Detail- oriented, proactive, well- organized and a strong team player
Creative thinking with strong concept development and storytelling ability
Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a plus
1–3 years of experience in Marketing (Partnership, Activation, Trade, or Content Creation)
Good time management and problem- solving skills, especially during activation execution
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
English: Able to communicate effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Multimedia Communications or related fields
Certificates or coursework in Trade Marketing, Project Management, Content Creation, Videography/Photography or Brand Communication are preferred
Experience in FMCG, beauty or retail industries is preferred
