Marketing Executive

• Well manage current suppliers to ensure smooth operation, deadlines & corporate image
• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (Social Media channels, Email, Mobile, Display).
• Monitor and effectively manage marketing campaign budgets, ensuring all financial processes and procedures of the team are in line with company financial and purchasing guidelines, and budget is not exceeded without permission.
• Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, SNSs and email platform.
• Propose the marketing and communications plans including developing plan proposals for individual marketing campaigns which support business operation.
• Work closely with all relating internal teams to identify emerging customer needs and preferences, as well as the effectives of individual marketing activities, and regularly review the ROI of all activities with this information in mind.
• Proactively encourage and support team training and development, to enhance the knowledge and the skills set of the marketing & communications team.
Constantly improve and extend supplier list for each category to excel corporate image in both Marketing machines & activities.
• Collaborate and co- operate to accomplish the cross- sectional projects.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), providing monthly, weekly reports.
• Other duties & responsibilities may be required and/or assigned by National Marketing and Business Development Manager.

• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, In- design and Premiere Pro).
• CAN DO attitude; concentrate on details and possibility work multi- tasking with high pressure.
• Be proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
• Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Computer literate and have knowledge of design and video software/ photography.
• Graduated with a Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, IT or Printing Technology. At least 2- 3 years of business administration experience, especially Marketing & Branding management, preferably with experience working in the field of Printing/IT or Agency/Communications.
