Marketing Executive

- Assist in preparing media plans, receive briefs from the Marketing team and coordinate with the Media team, while tracking project progress. Maintain and update media rate cards.
- Research, coordinate, and manage KOL/blogger collaborations, including booking, liaising with the Operations team, and tracking campaign execution and reporting.
- Manage daily social media activities, including live stories and regular story updates for the company&039;s brands.
- Capture photo and video content using mobile devices for company events and daily operations across the company&039;s brands. Manage and organize the digital asset library (photos/videos) on Google Drive.
- Plan TikTok content strategy, develop creative concepts, and edit videos to support brand awareness and engagement.
- Promote all company promotions, campaigns, and events across communication channels while ensuring alignment with the overall Marketing schedule.
- Coordinate with designers and photographers to produce high- quality visual materials for menus, posters, promotional campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Plan and schedule social media content at least one month in advance for the company&039;s brands. Create engaging copy for Facebook and Instagram while ensuring consistency in brand visuals, messaging, and tone of voice.

- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Basic photo/video shooting and video editing skills are an advantage.
- Creative mindset with good communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Discord for daily collaboration and project management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, with the ability to stay up to date with trends and translate them into engaging content.
- Experience in the F&B industry or a related hospitality environment is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Social Media, Content, Media, or related fields.
