*** OBJECTIVES:
● Research users’ and clients’ needs and identify how our solutions meet them
● Develop Migo’s presence on social platforms and grow the community on Migo’s site.
● Increase Migo’s exposure in external communications networks, and build up a good working relationship with the press and local/international media
● Achieve company objectives through innovative ideas, effective planning, and performance
● Report on weekly and monthly progress, research methods to optimize Migo’s branding and support promoting Migo’s partners via requested channels.
*** RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Implement actions contained in the marketing and communications plans and produce and/or supervise the production of any marketing and communications materials
● Build digital marketing strategy / plan to drive traffic to website, allocating budget / KPI for all campaigns to meet business objectives.
● Contribute ideas and execute effective copywriting for Migo’s campaigns
● Outreach and liaise with Migo’s partners to further collaboration opportunities and connect with new merchants.
● Search for tourism events to participate in
● Support engaging with Migo’s community by reacting and commenting, sharing content within groups, and responding to messages on other social platforms.
● PR activities for Migo and our partners.
● Responsible for the marketing collaterals from creation to promotion (press releases, factsheets/kits, advertisements and publicity materials).
● Execute and guarantee performance on all channels including running ads and copywriting.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
*** SKILLS:
● EXPERIENCE IN DESIGNING ONLINE GRAPHICS is a plus but not required.
● BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN MARKETING or related discipline
● IN- DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF THE MEDIA LANDSCAPE and technical side of many media platforms, especially in Viet Nam
● STRONG WRITING AND COPYWRITING SKILLS, including a sharp eye for images and design, knowledge of branding, and ability to select images and copy that are on- brand.
● Be flexible and understanding of the startup environment
● 3+ YEAR EXPERIENCE (ideally in the tourism & hospitality industry and agency)
● FIRSTHAND KNOWLEDGE OF VIET NAM and its travel destinations is a plus but not required.
● ENGLISH AND VIETNAMESE FLUENCY
● PROFESSIONAL, PROACTIVE AND CREATIVE; able to communicate and collaborate well in a team, extremely detail- oriented and organized
