Marketing Executive (Based in Hanoi)

Melia Ba Vi Mountain Retreat, a prestigious getaway nestled in the heart of Ba Vi National Park, is set to rebrand as Melia Ba Vi Mountain, Member of Meliá Collection in 2025. Our retreat offers a unique blend of luxury and nature, providing our guests with an unforgettable experience. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and help us navigate this exciting transition.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing activities to enhance the brand image and increase bookings and customer engagement. Your mission will be to create and share compelling content that highlights the unique charm of our retreat.
Key Responsibilities:

Craft narratives that capture the essence of Melia Ba Vi – Collection and its unique offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement promotional materials and campaigns.
Organize promotional events and activities to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage and update the hotel’s website and social media channels.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support the rebranding efforts.
Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing campaigns.
Create engaging content for digital and print media, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and press releases.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the F&B, hospitality or tourism industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Craft narratives that capture the essence of Melia Ba Vi – Collection and its unique offerings.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and SEO.
Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in the Melia brand.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Willing to go business trip to Ba Vi.
