Marketing Executive (Brand Cotton On, Typo)

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand trends and characteristics in the fashion industry.
Analyze competitors to propose improvements and capitalize on strengths.

Development of Marketing Plan:

Create innovative advertising campaigns across various online and offline platforms.
Build and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for fashion brand.

Customer Engagement and loyalty:

Engage with customers through various channels, responding to inquiries, and gathering feedback.
Implement plan to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Collaboration with Internal and External Partners:

Work with internal team (design, visual merchandising, and product team) to align marketing efforts with new product launches and fashion collections.
Ensure the brand is associated with brand guideline, values and styles that align appropriately.
Work with share service team: PR & Partnership Executive, Content Executive to meet deadlines, ensure brand DNA to drive traffic to store and cross sale.

Performance Evaluation:

Utilize data to measure ROI and marketing strategy effectiveness.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns to propose improvements if yes.

Implementation of Content plan:

Create high- quality content to enhance brand DNA, brand awareness and engage with target audiences.
Develop and manage communication content across online platforms.

Influencers Collaborations:

Identify and research fashion influencers to amplify brand reach.
Coordinate influencers / KOLs marketing campaigns, ensure alignment with brand DNA, brand strategy.

Other tasks from Line Manager

Relevant degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management.
Ability to adapt quickly with workload & working environment.
Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
Previous experience in the fashion industry or with international brand is an advantage.
In- depth understanding of fashion trends and the global market.
