Marketing Executive (Dự án Axi Plaza)

• Planning, executing, and evaluating marketing activities and events, such as promotions, contests, festivals, and exhibitions, in collaboration with the mall management, tenants, and external partners.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, using metrics and feedback tools, and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Staying updated on the latest developments and best practices in the retail and marketing industry, and applying them to the mall&039;s marketing strategies.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with the mall&039;s stakeholders, such as tenants, media, suppliers, and customers, and acting as the mall&039;s spokesperson when needed.
• Creating and managing online and offline marketing materials and channels, such as website, social media, email, newsletter, brochure, flyer, and signage, to communicate the mall&039;s brand identity, value proposition, and offers.
• Managing the marketing budget and ensuring the optimal allocation and utilization of resources.

• A passion for retail and shopping, and a customer- oriented mindset.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or shopping mall sector.
• A bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook, Instagram.
• Strong creativity, innovation, and problem- solving skills, with the ability to generate and implement new and effective marketing ideas and solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
