In person (all business days)
Working time:
Full- time (9:00am- 6:00pm), Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the job, business requirements, or the needs of the organization/department, you may involve various time shifts to coordinate with Canada Team and be available in EST/DST time zone in case of such necessity.
What you’ll do
Growth
Plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and useractivation.
Run small A/B tests to identify what performs best.
Support other marketing and community- related projects as needed.
Collaborate with creators and partners to amplify reach through organic loops.
Analyze campaign performance (reach, CTR, conversion) to refine strategy.
Content
Repurpose long- form content into short- form formats for reach andconsistency.
Write and edit content from blog articles and product stories to social postsand newsletters that express the brand’s tone.
Community
Keep FAQs, resources, and updates fresh and on- brand.
Build and nurture our community across Discord, X, and Reddit through eventsand organic engagement.
Collect community feedback and share insights with internal teams.
