JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage and create content across social media channels (e.g., X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Understand and analyze the product to craft accurate content.
Write documentation, user guides, and tutorials to help users better understand and utilize the product.
Build and execute comprehensive content plans across all social media platforms.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute growth marketing strategies for the product
Participate in business development, connecting and partnering with other projects
Research, plan, and implement marketing campaigns to attract, convert, and retain users.
Oversee and engage users in product communities
