Key Responsibilities:
Advertising & Paid Media:
- Develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with our brand identity and target audience.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize ROI.
Social Media Marketing:
- Collaborate with other departments to generate content ideas and ensure consistency across channels.
- Monitor social media trends and engage with our community to build relationships and drive brand loyalty.
- Create and execute engaging social media content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Zalo).
Content Marketing:
- Assist in developing and managing content calendars for blog posts, articles, and other marketing materials.
- Conduct research and write informative and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility in search engine results.
Email Marketing:
- Analyze email performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
- Create and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Marketing Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide insights for decision- making.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify trends.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead and other team members to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, CS and other departments to support their initiatives and achieve shared goals.
Key Qualifications:
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tactics, and tools.
Proficiency in using popular social media platforms and advertising tools.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative and analytical mindset with a passion for marketing.
2- 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
