JOB PURPOSE:
This position plays a critical role in supporting the senior brand manager in the assigned category/ product lines by executing the brand development strategy and plan, including budget follow- up, revenue growth management strategy, research and insight generation, future category opportunities, and integrated marketing communication activation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY – MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
Business Support / MKT foundations:
4P/ 3C Analysis: Deeply and continuously listen to and understand our consumers and customers to generate valuable insights and actionable ideas for driving business objectives.
Competition Watch: Monitor and analyze competitor activities ATL and BTL (online and in- store).
Monthly deliver a tracking report on time and full of information as required.
Launch & Relaunch:
Actively track performance as aligned KPIs with stakeholders and propose solutions to the line manager if needed.
Project material delivery (key visuals): follow up with internal or external agencies on the process of developing materials and their availability. Ensure all assets are adapted properly and promptly from regional to local and aligned with brand image, guidelines, and all stakeholders.
Project management: take ownership of operation tasks to ensure all NPDs are executed on time and achieve all KPIs.
The project is executed on time, and precise information is delivered to relevant stakeholders.
Communications:
Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines by paying close attention to detail.
Project management to ensure the campaign is well- delivered and achieves KPIs.
Brand Creative Assets: Work with social agencies to ensure all assets are aligned with the brand image and guidelines.
KOL & Social Media Efficiency: Work well with the agency for media execution, keep track of performance, and propose or align next actions if needed for optimization.

Monthly business review / Category data update/ Competitor tracking/ Regular market visit
PR/PO Process
Liquidation/Invoices Process

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
Education: University degree
Working Experiences & Competencies:
Presentation, negotiation skills being persuasive & effective.
At least 01 year working experience in Marketing or equivalent field in Marketing in FMCG (cosmetic is preferable.
Self- leadership, high collaborative spirit.
Effective planning and project/time management.
Entrepreneurial, passionate and ownership mindset.
Strong analytical thinking, problem- solving ability, sense of urgency.
Fluent in English & Vietnamese in speaking & writing
Practical experienced with communications/ social /influencers & relevant knowledge in personal & skin care.
