Marketing Executive

 Maintain complete knowledge of the following (to include but not limited to):
 Hotel function space, entertainment options, menus and floral decoration options
 Be knowledgeable of Hotel products & services as well as sales strategies.
 Actively seek, contact and qualify prospective clients.
 Scheduled daily group activities
 Others related task as required
 Support MarCom Manager on Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Report
 Assist with the hosting of media, planned press conferences and other press activities
 Assist in the planning and implementation of promotions and packages when required doing so.
 Maintain and update media list for sending to trade, group and consumer publications on a regular basis, press releases covering special events, promotions, etc.
 Handle the administrative requirements of the Marcom department
 All hotel features / services, hours of operation
 Direct photographers commissioned to take pictures of VIPs, shows and events etc.
 Monitor and update information and content of hotel’s website and postings on other digital platforms of the hotels
 Work with other departments to coordinate guest’s lists, invitations for VIP receptions, luncheons, dinners etc.
 Coordinate the production of posters, publication of hotel’s newsletters/s and flyers for associates and the public, as well as other printed materials
 Communicate in a friendly, tactful and professional manner with Guests, suppliers and employees
 Maintain and update digital photographs/slides library

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Self- motivated and energetic
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
• Must be well- presented and professionally groomed at all times
• Bachelor ‘s degree in Marketing / Communications
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
