We are looking for Marketing Executive and Senior Marketing Executive for our brands- CALIFORNIA FITNESS & YOGA, and HYPOXI.
Role Purpose
The Senior Marketing Executive plays a key role in turning brand and marketing plans into seamless, high- quality execution. You will manage campaigns and day- to- day marketing operations: coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders, to ensure every activity is delivered efficiently, on- brand, and with high attention to detail.
This role suits someone with a strong “make it happen” mindset and a strong sense of ownership — proactive, reliable, and grounded in execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Implementation
Work closely with Team Leader for project management, resource coordination, and issue resolution.
Manage end- to- end implementation of assigned marketing projects and activities across digital, in- club, and event touchpoints.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials, briefs, and presentations, supporting both campaign planning and execution stages.
Coordinate with cross- functional teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time, in full.
Support on- ground logistics such as production, event setup, and vendor management.
Project Planning & Management
Participate in campaign planning discussions to ensure smooth transition from strategy to execution.
Support to develop & deliver training on new promotions or marketing initiatives to PT team
Track project timelines, deliverables, and maintain organized documentation for full project visibility.
Support product- building efforts through market research, competitor reviews, and insight gathering that inform product and campaign strategies.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist in post- campaign evaluation, capturing learnings for future optimization.
Brand Alignment
Understand brand tone and ensure executions stay consistent with the defined direction.
Draft or refine marketing materials or content when needed — an ability that will be considered a strong plus.
Provide on- ground observations and insights to strengthen future executions.
