JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced candidate to be in charge fully for SotaTek Education’s marketing activities. The candidate will be expected to take care of, but not limited to, the following activities:
Operate full- stack marketing activities for SotaTek Education: from planning, execution to reporting.
Plan, operate and run educational events to promote SotaTek Education.
Set up, manage, and track ads across online platforms including Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Google etc.
Build and maintain marketing campaigns and an in- depth tracking system for all assigned products and marketing campaigns across platforms such as digital ads, email marketing, PR, influencer marketing, and more.
Use and manage marketing tools and software to support campaign execution and tracking.
Research and stay updated on online market trends, monitor competitors&039; online marketing activities, and propose strategic action plans accordingly.
Create and build marketing contents (both B2C and B2B) across different marketing channels. Create creative concepts and visual ideas for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience preferences. Create compelling content across all Digital channels, tailored for different audience segments (both normal and ads contents).
Establish partnerships with Tech training centers, educational universities, and tech associations, etc. to promote the company. Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the tech community. Foster, organize and moderate discussions and networking among forum members to increase user retention.
Track KPIs of digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics using tracking indicators, and provide insights to adjust and optimize marketing campaigns.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Familiarity with student, graduate, and professional communities, and the ability to engage these groups effectively.
Proven expertise in professional content creations, content optimization, SEO across different channels.
Good at English (both verbal and written).
Self- driven and capable of managing tasks and goals independently, taking on responsibilities similar to a managerial role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within the team and other departments.
Experience in managing digital ads on Facebook and Google platforms.
Knowledge of Korean and Korean business culture is a plus.
More than 4 years of experience in Marketing.
Experience in event organizing (both B2C and B2B).
Experience in the education and training industry or in students & universities environment is a major plus.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Analytical skills to break down complex problems and generate creative, actionable solutions.
