Marketing Executive

Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, including developing content calendars, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
Create engaging and informative marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
Stay up- to- date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Coordinate and manage online advertising campaigns through platforms and social media advertising.
Track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies.
Develop and implement content marketing campaigns across various platforms, including the company website, social media, email marketing, and blog.
Support Head of Academy with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
Perform other tasks as directed by the Head of Academy.
Assist with the development and execution of marketing events, webinars, and classroom coordination.

Experience & Knowledge:

Experience with social media management tools is a plus.
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing).
1- 2 years of experience in marketing or a similar field.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong analytical skills and ability to track and interpret marketing data.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creativity and ability to develop engaging content.
