Marketing Executive

Marcel Group- a leading Gourmet Burger chain in Saigon and Openasia&039;s strategic partner- is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive the brand forward. This role will oversee social media, advertising, promotions, events, and assist on customer relationships, and partnerships with freelancers and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage & create social media content and advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Cultivate partnerships with agencies, freelancers, and other collaborators.
Coordinate with photographer/videographer freelancer.
Develop and execute marketing plans for brand awareness and growth.
Implement customer relationship strategies to enhance loyalty.
Coordinate promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Job Requirements

Speaks & writes both in English & Vietnamese.
Having at least 2 years of relevant experience in café or/and F&B industries
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
Some experience in marketing appealing to the young generation (20- 35years).
