MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Digital Marketing:

Analyze content performance and brand metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Inspire ideas and produce well- researched content for financial products; sales materials include handbooks, flyers and POSM.
Planning and executing IMC and branding activities to enhance our brand positioning and drive marketing objectives.
Create compelling and engaging content across various channels, including Website, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and more.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all marketing materials and touchpoints.

Social Media Management:

Stay updated on the latest content marketing and branding trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and creativity.

Market Research:

Conducted external research (market and competitor) and internal research (Sales, Customer Services) to build up a monthly and yearly content and branding plan.

Partnership Development:

Other tasks assigned by line managers for business purposes.
Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives, student recruitment programs, and community outreach efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

Good at handling time- sensitive projects independently and working within tight timeline given
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, comfortable with analyzing data in Social Media, Google Analytics and other marketing platforms
Must be fluent in written and spoken English
Creative and analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and high- quality work.
Strong content creative on social platforms
Passionate marketer with open- mind and a team player.
Experience in Enterprise/ B2B marketing would be an added advantage.
At least 2 years exp in marketing executive in service marketing field
