FOCUS:
Strategic Marketing: As a Marketing Executive, your primary focus is on implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement and revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum impact.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.
Content Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies for digital, website, social media, and other platforms.
Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels.
Content Calendar Management: Manage the content calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met and content is delivered in a timely manner.
Cross- functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives and nurture leads generated through marketing efforts.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing strategic insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with the business objectives.
Campaign Execution: Strategizing and implementing varied marketing campaigns (Brand / Performance) across multiple channels (Paid, Own, Earn, Share), ensuring seamless alignment with marketing objectives and overarching business goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in education or related industries is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience (full- time after university graduation) in marketing roles.
Proven experience in strategic planning and project management for successful marketing campaigns.
Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing initiatives.
