Marketing Executive

 Deal with telephone/fax/email inquiries
 Represent the Hotel at cocktail parties/dinners where appropriate
 Maintain collateral and conduct occasional audit
 Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
 Co- ordinate hotel photography shoots/talent where required, within budget
Assist MarCom Manager in organizing hotel events & community service activities, publicizing hotel related news, maintaining relationship with press representatives, taking care of hotel advertising
 Proof read copy of advertising, collateral and press releases where appropriate
 Co- ordinate generic IHG merchandise and hotel brand
 Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)
 Meet, greet and entertain local and overseas press/ media
 Assist with direct mail campaigns
 Coordinate journalist familiarizations/visiting journalist programs and site inspections as required
 Work in line with business needs
 Assist with brand standards policing
 Co- ordinate hotel brand standards collateral
 Attend marketing meetings/regional sales and marketing monthly conference calls
 Perform the basic secretarial work (preparing vouchers, press kits, monthly press clip, contract; checking invoice for making payment; updating media list; typing; filing; translating; getting approvals on documents…)
 Assist with promotions (eg seasonal sales promotions and special events)
 Prepare administration documents required for marketing (ie: internet listings, advertising, booking of directory advertising)
 Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
 Attend key meetings

Should have knowledge and understanding of hotel marketing especially job skill for design
Minimum of 3 years’ experience Marketing Executive in Hotel
